MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist payroll activities and support payroll agents for proper updation of payroll and personnel data in SAP.
- Coordinate with HRBPs for provision of data for bonus, annual increment and PMS increase.
- Update bank accounts and coordinate with banks / regions for online salary payment.
- Analyze payroll & personnel data for rectification of fallouts.
- Extract additional payment entries from SAP for confirmation / verification form concerned region before payroll processing.
- Run time preparation of monthly bank statement & payroll register at the time of payroll processing.
- Incorporate withholding tax rebates cases other than HQ’s every month before payroll run.
- Distribute pay authority of Regular employees on pay change / promotion etc. to concerned quarters.
- Incorporation of withholding Tax rebates cases other than HQ in SAP every month before payroll run.
Qualification
Master’s Degree from HEC Recognized University (Degree in HR / Management Sciences would be preferred)
