MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identification and reporting of worst cells, daily/weekly KPI dashboards, for 2G, 3G & LTE networks.
- Perform drive test, process logs and recommend necessary improvement actions accordingly.
- Perform cluster optimization and apply necessary changes for KPIs improvement.
- Field visits to attend customer complaints, interference testing and surveys with PTA.
- Preparing and updating the cell database.
- Performing parametric changes and feature audits on monthly basis and remove discrepancies.
- Liaise with operational teams for the resolution of service affecting alarms.
