HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Improve network/systems restoration time.
- Manage & resolve complex network faults and submit report to the higher management as & when required.
- Efficient utilization of available spares / stores and its timely forecast for procurement.
- Provision of effective Level-1 and Level-2 support. To develop and implements contingency plans in case of system failure.
- Implement proactive measures to ensure fault free communication to the valued customers (Consumer & Corporate) to achieve the availability of OFAN system.
- Responsible for timely configuration/provisioning of network availability especially during the Break down.
- Initiate plans for expansion, up gradation and replacement of network operations and maintenance.
- Planning and designing a resilient and robust network to have Service Level Assurance.
- Assure and optimize network quality by upgrading it according to market standards.
- Manage data base of PTCL network.
- Manage the NMS of Access Network and coordinate with Regional/National NOC.
- Monitor and evaluate reporting employees through goal setting and objective
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1. Qualification
- Professional degree in Electrical, Telecom, CS, Software Engineering, from a well reputed institution
2. Experience
- Related experience in the same field will be preferred
3. Competencies
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
