IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible for smooth operations.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Tracking/Monitoring of signed contracts under IP Projects Domain as per approved scope, time & Cost.
- Prepare & share periodic progress reports/slide decks of IP Network Projects to management & Other Stakeholders.
- Maintaining the project repository/documentation including contracts, Design documents, Risk registers, PAC/FAC & Lesson learned documents.
- Assist in project closure activities by aligning pre-requisite documents, BOQ reconciliation for release of PACs & FACs to vendors.
- Implement the framework for project management office (PMO) to improve efficiency of overall domain.
- Support procurement in creation of PRs for centralized contracts, PO Issuance to vendor, Contractual amendments & PO revisions in SAP/Change requests.
- Manage weekly progress review meetings with vendor & internal stakeholders & track action points on daily basis.
- Maintain Expense/ Capex management trackers for timely creation of GRN/SAN in system as per project completion.
- Assist line manager in finalization of Project Implementation plan & Responsibility Matrix at the time of signing of Contract.

Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Electrical / Computer / Telecom
- Experience preferred in Project management / IP Networks
