RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Brings new customers on board, takes full ownership of the pre-assigned group of corporate customers, and ensures customers' needs are met & satisfied.

  • Establishes bond and relationship with the customer through friendly, respectful, and professional interaction. 

  • Gains maximum customers' knowledge through engaging in a dialogue with the customer and builds customer profile (i.e., segment, network & type, and number of products & services.

  • Has a good knowledge about customers' business and activities in an order that suitable sale proposals can be made.

  • Frequently visits customers, explains new services/ ideas/ packages to them and obtain new orders.

  • Identifies large sales (business opportunity) and successfully concludes deals.

  • Reviews the application and customer requirement, ascertains the correctness of data, understands the customer needs, and shows compliance with necessary formalities.

  • Closely works with support groups to ensure that the customers' requirements are met in time.

  • Ensures full customer satisfaction within the rules and regulations of PTCL.

  • Ensures compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls.

  • Ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Monitors and evaluates reporting employees.

  • Any other projects assigned by the supervisor.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification:

  • Professional degree in business / Marketing from a reputable university

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant filed
