HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- To lead and manage multiple deployment functions to deliver ongoing & new projects, including FTTH, corporate, wireless & access N/w deployments
- Responsible to manage new projects planning including HLDs, LLDs, financial optimization & BoQs etc.
- SAP Management including expense bookings of all targets with quarterly, monthly & annual targets achievements
- Monthly FTTH delivery targets plannings with PIPs, PERT & CPM following & project execution with successful PATs & NDCs timely
- Risk analysis & mitigation planning with deployment for delivery plans
- Vendor management & stakeholders coordination for strategic projects deployment
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1. Qualification
- Professional degree in Electrical, Telecom, CS, Software Engineering, from a well reputed institution
2. Experience
- Related experience in the same field will be preferred
3. Competencies
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
