HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Design, optimize and implementation correlation rules for alarm and fault management
- Analyze core and Access networks availability reports, initiate and follow for appropriate remedial actions
- Facilitate in Improving network health by identification of chronic problem affecting network KPIs
- Notify outage events and other important events of Switch domain as per SOP
- Review of daily ticket reports and escalate if required
- Coordination with PTCL field teams for resolution of service degradation and outages
- Coordination, highlight to Field teams and different work groups for processing of pending ticke
- Ensure to review and timely update NOC databases for Switch domain
- Routine task disseminations & assignments to subordinates
- Guidance & support to subordinate in handling their tasks
- Evaluation of training needs of subordinates
- Ensure timely notifications/escalations on WhatsApp and emails like EMT notifications emails
- Emergency /Crisis threshold measurements & their notifications & escalations via phone calls to higher management
- Actie tickets ie NW faults, PA configured NEs reports are to be review and escalation if required
- Publish special reports; Fiber Cuts maps, Outage reports, unprocessed Tickets,
- Timely regulatory compliance coordination regarding service closure, web blocking
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
1. Qualification
- Professional degree in Electrical, Telecom, CS, Software Engineering, from a well reputed institution
2. Experience
- Related experience in the same field will be preferred
3. Competencies
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
