- Execution of Fixed and Wireless projects with conformance to established technical specifications, standards, within stipulated time frame and budget allocation.
- Workout the technical feasibility of projects proposed to cater for the needs of the corporate sector, resource management, speedy execution and quality assurance of corporate customer’s projects to make valuable additions to PTCL revenue.
- Estimations, preparation of RFPs, BOQ, and CAPEX for Network expansion.
- Identify and implement contingency plans to mitigate unforeseen factors.
- Technical Analysis of existing network architecture to remove single point failures and formation of rings to provide media protection/redundancy.
- Plan, organize and evaluate the requisite resources for the assigned projects and accordingly manage the Network Development operations in the field.
- Planning/implementation of network expansion and capacity enhancement.
- Collaboration for Network design, modifications, BOQ, SOW, PIP and RFPs.
- Plan and organize regular progress review meetings with all stakeholders to ensure quality work with an implementation of PTCL standards & specifications.
