Army Public Educational Institutions (APEIS) located in Peshawar Cantt is seeking a dedicated and skilled Public Relations Officer to join their team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to enhance the institution’s visibility and reputation.
- Manage media relations, including preparing press releases, responding to media inquiries, and coordinating interviews.
- Organize and oversee events, press conferences, and public engagements to promote the institution’s activities and initiatives.
- Maintain and update the institution’s website and social media platforms with relevant content.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications.
- Monitor public opinion and media coverage, providing timely reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Handle crisis communication and manage any negative publicity effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Prepare communication materials such as newsletters, brochures, and annual reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, media management, or corporate communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
