Public Relations & Client Relations Executive

Rocco Video Private Limited, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is looking to hire a full-time, on-site Company Spokesperson & Client Relations Executive. This role requires a confident and articulate professional who will represent the company in various business settings, build and maintain strong client relationships, and actively contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to engage effectively with both local and international clients, business partners, and corporate delegations.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in client meetings, corporate events, and international business interactions with professionalism.
- Clearly communicate the company’s services, operations, and business goals to diverse audiences.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and seminars to promote company offerings.
- Support business development efforts, including lead generation and client retention strategies.
- Negotiate business proposals, commercial agreements, and partnerships to benefit the company.
- Coordinate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and business partners to enhance brand presence.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and professional correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on business outcomes.
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure timely follow-ups to foster ongoing relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality suitable for corporate representation.
- Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, business operations, and performance reporting.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in client relations, public relations, corporate communications, or business development will be considered an advantage.
