Public Relations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized PR Associate to join our team at Lit Management, based in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This full-time, on-site role operates from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or client servicing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a dedicated client account by managing various aspects of PR campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of brand activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand activations to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Manage outreach efforts, including preparing briefs, securing approvals, tracking deliverables, and conducting follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed campaign trackers and compile comprehensive reports for client review.
- Assist in the development of creative proposals, manage PR gifting processes, and support event planning and execution.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in PR, influencer marketing, or client servicing roles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate efficiently across teams and external partners.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Pakistan’s influencer and media landscape, enabling strategic outreach and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva for content creation and documentation.
