We are seeking a seasoned professional to work from home in a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Create effective, highly engaging training material to be made available in our learning management system.
Work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop bespoke training programs.
Design digital content based on new/existing/previous training materials.
Develop and maintain visual and instructional design standards that align with the brand standards and requirements.
Assist in the evaluation of program effectiveness.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree, in any field.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

1+ years of experience in developing engaging learning content.
Excellent communicator.
Ability to explain complex subjects simply.
Degree in education/multimedia design/related field or equivalent experience a plus.
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories.
Experience in designing and developing customer service and software training programs.
Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (in particular PowerPoint).
