- Control, Supervise & manage all the activities of Finance & Accounting operations of the company.
- Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Give Suggestions to Top Management in order to Control the Factory overheads of the company.
- Custodian of the Assets of the Company & Maintain Asset Register.
- Maintains accounting controls by maintaining a chart of accounts, Trail Balance and defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise & Maintain ERP software for financial transactions in the company.
- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of the company with the external tax firm for specialist advice.
- Liaison with Banks for RF accounts, Trade Financing, Loans, Leasing, LC, Bank Guarantee etc.
- Oversee collection process of accounts receivables & set up follow-up meeting with Sales Heads for on time recoveries.
- Managing monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow).
- Working Capital Management by Monitor daily Cash & Bank Receipts, Payments and expenses.
- Monitoring and controlling Debtors, Dealer's Credit as per Approved Credit Policy. (Receivable Ageing Analysis)
- Monitoring and controlling of the Payables as per decided Credit Terms (Payable Ageing Analysis)
- Co-Ordinate with Production Manager for Inventory Management, DML & GMP’s inspections Budget preparation
