Purchase Officer F&B

We are seeking a Purchase Officer with practical procurement experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing essential food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies while ensuring efficient vendor management and timely delivery. This role requires close coordination with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and adherence to procurement policies. Candidates with a background in F&B procurement and strong negotiation skills will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Source food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies to meet company requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating prices and contract terms to secure favorable deals.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and coordinate purchasing activities based on demand forecasts.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of procurement experience specifically within the Food & Beverage industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP software.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with prior experience in F&B procurement will be given priority consideration.
- The position offers a monthly salary range of Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000.
- This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite.
