Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound business to business calls to prospective customers to generate opportunities
- Telephone Sales Calling
- Inbound / Outbound Calling
- Customer Services and Customer Inquires Communication
- Developing relationships and nurturing leads for the business
- Working to and exceeding set KPIs
- Using CRM and other internal systems
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with consistent follow up on both inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Cold/Warm Calling
- Email / Telephone Prospecting
Must Competencies
- Driven, determined & self-motivated
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Must be Patient and Persistent to achieve the Daily/Weekly/Monthly targets
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM Software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
