A Multinational Canadian company is looking for organized and detail oriented individual to maintain our eCommerce Marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, BestBuy etc.) Department with a heavy focus on Amazon Seller Central. Job responsibility includes managing listings, Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales performance in marketplaces, advertising campaigns on Marketplaces, customer service and order fulfillment. The individual will help us to grow our store in market place such as eBay, Amazon, BestBuy, etc.
Job Timing: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Product Research Responsibilities
- You must research on different product of Bed Linen and Electronic Products for Ebay, Amazon and for other marketplaces.
- Research and Analyze Products market trend, product visibility and selling on marketplaces, product search volume, product inventory levels on marketplaces.
- Provide recommendations on driving revenue through regular analysis of sales and inventory. Create and maintain a promotional roadmap for Marketplaces by identifying products trends, opportunities, and taking actions to meet revenue goals.
- Provide expertise on local market performance and customer buying behaviors and Reinforce product knowledge before the launch of any new collections
- Identifying and selecting the best channel, medium, or ad-unit for an advertising campaign based on an in-depth market analysis
Marketplace Store Responsibilities
- Creating Online Marketplace listings – Amazon, BestBuy, eBay, and other marketplaces store.
- Increase visibility of product listings through content and category optimization, while ensuring product details meet channel-specific requirements
- Enhance product titles, descriptions, categorization, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
- Maintain an eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces rating of at least 85%.
- Prepare shipping labels. Package and ship items sold. Keep auction sales premises clean, organized and free of hazards.
- Process orders, send purchase orders to our suppliers, working with our vendor / suppliers, assisting customers with inquiries, pre and post sales concerns, providing customer service via phone / email.
- Implemented and ran campaigns to sell on Amazon, eBay and other marketplaces.
