Pure Foods Company, producer of premium quality Nectars and fruit based juices, is seeking qualified candidates for the following position based at 17-KM, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare complete set of documents pertaining to export shipping. documentation based on L/C and/or other credit terms.
- Get all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/ministries/chamber of commerce. Maintain a direct relationship with the Bank pertaining to all export procedures and documentation.
- Complete paperwork for required items.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics/shipping Company/agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure .smooth and timely cargo delivery.
- Prepare and file all documentation and relevant email correspondences.
- Prepare freight invoices and receipt vouchers for freight received.
- Track electronically the status of all the shipments and preparing a report of the same.
- Plan and implement all import and export transportation strategies according to all supplier and customer demand and administer internal movement of all goods and ensure compliance to all government regulations.
- Assist to prepare all import quotes for customers and perform all shipment bookings with carriers.
- Oversee efficient working of employees of import department and manage all communication with customers and vendors.
- Any other task assigned by top management.
