PureLogics is looking to hire for HR Executive OD for its Lahore office on an urgent basis
- Proven 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Executive OD or OD Specialist or similar role with Solid communication skills in IT industry
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management and Organization Development Practices
- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Assisting in the planning of company events and marketing them on social media
- Overall reviewing the company’s processes and give input wherever required
- Enhance and Maintain Company’s image in industry and market
- Coordinating new hire orientations.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
