We are looking for passionate resource with the following skill set:
- Must have 1-2 years hands on and working experience in Java-Spring MVC and Groovy on Grails
- Must have strong Java skills
- Must have 2 years experience with MYSQL, Postgres programming, and optimization of database
- Good to have 2 years experience with Javascript, HTML & CSS3 (ideally using frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery and Linux operating systems.
- Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to take initiative and handle multiple priorities
- Understanding of web services and web application security and best practices.
- Experience supporting high-quality web applications, browser performance analysis.
- Search technologies like Apache Solr
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- An understanding of agile software development processes
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of how to develop RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) is a plus.
- Developing software that meets requirements and adherence to performance standards and best practices
- Attention to detail when it comes to writing and optimizing code
- Must be a good team player and can produce quality work independently.
- Must have Bachelors Degree in relevant field
