PureLogics is looking for a Lead Generation Executive (Email Marketing)
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, create, and manage personalized drip campaigns using Instantly, Lemlist, and other outreach platforms.
- Analyze segmented data to craft hyper-targeted messaging sequences.
- Continuously A/B test subject lines, email bodies, and CTAs for performance improvements.
- Monitor deliverability, response rates, and campaign health – optimizing for maximum engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with lead generation and sales teams to align messaging and segment priorities.
- Maintain and update lead lists while ensuring high email deliverability and compliance with anti-spam regulations.
- Create custom personalization rules and dynamic content for multi-step campaigns.
- Provide weekly campaign performance reports and actionable insights for improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least two to three years in email marketing drip
- Proven experience in cold email outreach and drip campaign design, particularly using Instantly and Lemlist.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and outreach automation best practices.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy tailored to different personas and industries.
- Experience working with CSV lead data, and enriching, cleaning, and tagging data for segmentation.
- Strong grip with email warm-up tools, SPF/DKIM setup, and inbox placement monitoring.
- Highly analytical and results-oriented mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or Tech services.
- Knowledge of tools like Apollo, Instantly,lemlist or other lead enrichment platforms.
- Understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) is a bonus.
