PureLogics seeks a proactive and strategic Personal Brand Growth & Outreach Executive to enhance the visibility and influence of its leadership and key personnel. This role requires a clear understanding of personal branding, thought leadership, and B2B communication to develop and execute outreach and content strategies that resonate with professional audiences. The ideal candidate leads a team of five members, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and ensures high standards of communication and engagement across digital and network channels. The selected candidate will be responsible for crafting polished, executive-appropriate content while leveraging research to uncover compelling stories and opportunities for brand positioning. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to monitor industry trends and to optimize outreach campaigns effectively. This role demands excellent judgment in tone, audience relevance, and public communication, alongside the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment.
Responsibilities

Personal Branding Strategy and Content Development – 35%  

  • Maintain and strengthen executive positioning across LinkedIn, bios, speaker profiles, and industry platforms.

  • Develop personal brand messaging, positioning statements, and key themes.

  • Define and manage content pillars aligned with expertise, audience, and business goals.

  • Research industry trends and emerging topics for the executive to weigh in on.

  • Mine stories, experiences, opinions, and client/business insights for thought-leadership content.

  • Turn meetings, podcasts, events, and research into content briefs.

  • Deconstruct successful brands/campaigns for differentiated content angles.

  • Maintain a central library of achievements, media mentions, credentials, and content ideas.

  • Ensure consistent tone, positioning, and factual accuracy across all channels.

Podcast, Media & Authority Outreach — 15%  

  • (Getting the executive featured on other platforms — pitching, guesting, appearing.)

  • Identify podcasts, media, newsletters (as guest/feature targets), webinars (as speaking/guest slots), panels, and interviews aligned with executive positioning.

  • Research hosts, audiences, past guests, and themes before outreach.

  • Develop personalized pitch angles based on genuine audience relevance.

  • Manage full outreach cycle: prospecting, follow-ups, scheduling, coordination.

  • Prepare guest bios, talking points, reference links, and pre-recording briefs.

  • Identify differentiated content angles for each appearance.

  • Develop a process to extract further content and relationships from every appearance.

  • Maintain relationships with hosts, producers, journalists, and media contacts.

 Strategic Engagement & Audience Growth – 15%  

  • (Public-facing engagement — building visibility through comments, conversations, and presence in the right circles. Distinct from the Strategic Relationship & Meeting Outreach section: this is public engagement, not private outreach.)

  • Identify influential voices, founders, executives, experts, journalists, creators, and communities relevant to executive positioning.

  • Maintain a curated list of priority accounts and industry conversations.

  • Monitor conversations for meaningful engagement opportunities.

  • Draft/recommend insight-driven comments that add genuine value.

  • Identify communities, newsletters (as places to be seen/read), and platforms where the target audience is active.

  • Track which topics/activities drive relevant visits, connections, and opportunities.

  • Support initiatives to boost visibility among key decision-makers and industry audiences.

 Event, Speaking & Networking Opportunities – 10%  

  • (Owns event strategy end-to-end — sourcing, applying, attending, following up.)

  • Research conferences, industry events, roundtables, and networking opportunities.

  • Identify speaking opportunities and calls for speakers, including relevant webinars.

  • Evaluate opportunities by audience relevance, authority-building potential, and business alignment.

  • Prepare speaker applications, topic proposals, bios, and supporting materials.

  • Coordinate registrations, scheduling, and logistics.

  • Prepare event briefs covering priority attendees, organizations, and discussion topics.

  • Develop structured post-event follow-up plans (per Analytics, Documentation & Follow-Up policy).

  Strategic Relationship & Meeting Outreach – 15%  

  • (Private, 1:1 relationship-building — coffee chats, strategic meetings. Distinct from the Strategic Engagement & Audience Growth section: this is direct outreach, not public engagement.)

  • Identify and qualify high-value founders, executives, operators, partners, and strategic contacts.

  • Research contacts before outreach to ensure relevance and personalization.

  • Draft, send, and manage personalized outreach for meetings and relationship-building.
     

 Analytics, Documentation & Follow-Up – 10%  

  • (Cross-workstream rollup — the single source of truth for tracking and reporting across all sections above.)

  • Maintain accurate trackers, pipelines, contact lists, and opportunity databases across all workstreams.

  • Ensure timely follow-up; no opportunity goes unattended past its designated window.

  • Track KPIs across content, engagement, outreach, meetings, podcasts, and events.

  • Prepare concise weekly/monthly updates on activity, outcomes, blockers, and recommendations.

  • Maintain organized files, templates, brand assets, messaging docs, and shared documentation.
