Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Financial Audit Supervisor to join our team at Push Digits. As a Financial Audit Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our audit services. This challenging and rewarding position requires a candidate with exceptional audit skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS, IAS, and UAE tax rules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Audit Expertise: Conduct comprehensive financial audits, from planning to reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
2. Team Management: Lead and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Deadline Management: Successfully manage audit projects, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring quality deliverables.
4. Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports for clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and UAE tax rules to ensure compliance during audits.
6. Academic Qualifications: Minimum Graduate with CA Final from ICAP.
7. Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of audit firm experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
8. Work Ethic: Exhibit an exceptional work ethic, demonstrating extreme dedication and responsibility.
9. Accountability: Take full ownership of audit projects and outcomes, holding oneself accountable for results.
10. Continuous Improvement: Be open to constructive criticism and actively seek opportunities for professional development.
11. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and team members, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with CA Final from ICAP.
- 3 to 5 years of audit firm experience.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and UAE tax rules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
