We are seeking a motivated and culturally aware Business Development Representative to support our growth in multilingual regions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Pushto, enabling effective communication and engagement with diverse communities. This full-time role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted regions and communities.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Pushto to foster trust and understanding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, local organizations, and potential clients.
- Represent the company professionally in verbal and on-camera communications.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Pushto is essential for this role.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including confidence on camera.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is considered a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000.
