We are seeking a Senior Admin Officer who will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, managing vendor relationships, handling procurement tasks, and ensuring seamless office support services. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, dependable, and capable of independently managing a wide range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and inventory of machinery, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Manage operational teams, including office support, security, and transport personnel.
Handle vendor negotiations for procurement, rental, and installation of office-related assets.
Support legal procedures and liaise with legal advisors as needed.
Maintain department budgets, oversee contracts, and manage accounts.
Assist with employee dispute resolution and conflict management.
Coordinate with government liaison departments when required.
Manage company events, meetings, executive meals, and protocol arrangements.
Handle facility management issues, including utilities, equipment, and security.
Maintain proper documentation, issue memos, and ensure administrative compliance.
Monitor costs, reduce expenses, and streamline administrative procedures.
Ensure timely procurement and cost control of office stationery and supplies.
Manage CEO and Director protocols and provide administrative support as required.
Address inter-departmental issues to support office efficiency and decorum.
Perform all other tasks assigned by the management.
