Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy PySpark applications and workflows on Azure Databricks (ADB) to handle data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation for large-scale data processing. Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to orchestrate ETL/ELT processes across various heterogeneous data sources. Conduct regular financial risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within data processing workflows and ensure the integrity of data. Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to integrate both structured and unstructured data sets, converting them into actionable business insights.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a PySpark Developer with practical expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory. Strong understanding of data processing, transformation, and pipeline orchestration within cloud environments. Proven ability to work with large-scale datasets, performing complex data aggregation and cleansing tasks efficiently. Experience in conducting financial risk assessments related to data workflows is highly desirable. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
