As a Technical Lead - AWS Python, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. This role requires strong expertise in Python programming and hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. You will design scalable systems, write high-quality code, and produce detailed architectural documentation. Collaboration with clients to understand technical requirements and working closely with team members to deliver end-to-end solutions is essential. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and oversee the build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines. Emphasis will be placed on secure coding practices and unit testing to ensure robust software delivery. You will also be responsible for driving the growth and development of your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews and system design.
- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and develop comprehensive technical designs and approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, review their code, and establish quality gates.
- Manage build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure coding and comprehensive unit test coverage.
- Lead the team’s professional growth and foster a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of relevant work experience in software development and cloud technologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech), or MCA from a reputed university.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience in developing and deploying applications on AWS, with familiarity in services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and Lambda.
- Strong understanding of serverless computing and AWS Lambda functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to align with the company’s long-term vision and demonstrate openness to learning new skills.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
