This full-time, on-site Python Developer position is based in Islamabad and focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and applications. The role requires ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while working closely with cross-functional teams. The developer will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and testable code, integrating databases and APIs, troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, and participating in code reviews. Additionally, the role involves contributing to software architecture discussions, implementing best practices related to security, documentation, and deployment, and supporting projects for both international and local clients to ensure timely delivery aligned with technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Integrate databases and APIs, ensuring seamless communication between components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing backend systems to improve performance.
- Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions.
- Implement security measures, maintain thorough documentation, and support deployment processes.
- Manage ongoing projects for diverse clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines and specifications.

Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Proficiency in back-end web development using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with software development tools including version control systems like Git, testing frameworks, and debugging techniques.
- Knowledge of database design, optimization, and integration involving relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to design and integrate APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within agile teams.
- Experience delivering production-grade applications in an agile development environment.
