Python Developer

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Python Developer with a strong command of Python programming and a solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies. This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires immediate joining. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team working onsite from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python applications with a focus on clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Implement object-oriented programming principles and utilize data structures and algorithms effectively.
- Work extensively with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI to build robust backend services.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate AI/ML technologies, including generative AI models and large language models (LLMs).
- Utilize tools and technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases to enhance application capabilities.
- Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Python development is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience working with at least one Python web framework such as Flask or FastAPI.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite at the designated location in Karachi.
- Immediate availability to join will be highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Exposure to generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases is highly desirable.

Please note that this role is not open for interns or very senior-level candidates. The company is specifically looking for candidates with strong Python development experience who can contribute immediately. The monthly salary range for this position is between PKR 80,000 and PKR 100,000.

Work Location: This is a full-time, onsite role based in DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi.
