Contrive Solutions is looking for a motivated and passionate Junior AI Engineer to join their expanding team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role involves contributing to the development and deployment of AI models, automating workflows, and supporting various machine learning projects under the mentorship of senior engineers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models.
- Write clean, efficient Python code for AI-related and data processing tasks.
- Utilize popular AI and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets to prepare them for model training and evaluation.
- Research and implement appropriate AI algorithms and tools to solve specific problems.
- Support the evaluation, tuning, and performance improvement of AI models.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and data scientists, to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of project development processes and findings.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
- Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, as well as neural networks.
- Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles such as polymorphism and inheritance.
- Practical experience using Git for version control.
- Basic exposure to server-side technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with APIs and deploying machine learning models as scalable services.
