Python Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, alongside frontend technologies including React and Streamlit.
- Build interactive data applications and dashboards leveraging Streamlit.
- Implement modern, responsive, and reusable UI components with React, ensuring excellent user experience.
- Design efficient MySQL database schemas, write optimized queries, and perform database tuning.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL interfaces.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure communication mechanisms to protect application data.
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best engineering practices.
- Participate actively in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering best practices.
- Perform quality assurance tasks as needed to maintain high standards of software delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using FastAPI.
- Extensive experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven applications using Streamlit.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques and best practices.
- Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks such as JUnit, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Cucumber, and performance testing tools.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and fundamentals of distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control tools like Git, and build/deployment tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practices.
- Strong collaboration skills working with frontend, backend, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
