Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend systems using Python, including APIs, microservices, and automation scripts.
- Leverage Microsoft/GitHub Copilot for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and refactoring tasks.
- Work extensively with agentic AI systems and frameworks such as Copilot Agents, LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents.
- Integrate AI-driven automation into applications and cloud environments, with a preference for Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software architecture, deployment, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Apply scientific methods to analyze and resolve complex software engineering challenges.
- Lead and oversee technical and administrative tasks within the software engineering team, exercising independent judgment and original thought.
- Build and deepen expertise in software engineering disciplines, adhering to professional standards and community best practices.
- Act as a proactive team player, working closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 6 to 13 years of professional experience in Python development and modern AI-assisted software engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience or understanding of agentic AI systems, particularly with Microsoft/GitHub Copilot and frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI Agents.
- Proven ability to develop backend systems, including APIs and microservices, with a focus on automation.
- Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into cloud environments, preferably Azure.
- Proficiency in software development best practices, including CI/CD, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work a second shift as required.
