We are seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The ideal candidate will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that meet specific business requirements. This role demands a hands-on automation architect who can design and implement end-to-end automation solutions for large-scale environments, ensuring robustness and seamless integration with monitoring ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design automation architectures and patterns suited for complex environments.
- Develop robust frameworks and resilient automation solutions that support scalability and reliability.
- Ensure seamless integration with observability and monitoring tools to maintain system health and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams, driving best practices and innovation.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7.5 years of professional experience in software engineering and automation architecture.
- Proficiency in Python programming language is essential.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time formal education.
- Strong architectural thinking with the ability to independently own and execute complex technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with Linux operating systems and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
- Exposure to GenAI / Agentic AI implementations will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with platform engineering concepts and DevOps integration adds value to the candidate’s profile.
