In this role, you will be developing Diploma level online training resources. The courses are specific to Mid Age and Old Age peoples. So you must knew how to handle the conent and graphic techniques for non-techy peoples.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for the development of creative and engaging custom eLearning explainer videos and animated presentations.
- Use instructional design capability combined with mixed media (audio, visual, motion graphics) technical skills to conceptualize and produce custom “burst” eLearning modules.
- Research, organize and create content in logical eLearning sequences for maximum learning retention.
- Write engaging scripts; create custom graphics and animations to elevate the learning experience.
- Curate learning content in our innovating social learning environment.
- Project manage cutting edge learning technology projects.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous Course Development experience including online resources
- An understanding of adult learning principles
- Designing and Developing interactive learning content
- Experience with designing for and working with at least one Learning Management System(LMS)
- Tech savvy and a willingness to learn about LMS's (or have prior knowledge of D2L Brightspace)
Preferred criteria would include:
- Relevant Diploma in Graphic Design
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AE, Adobe CI, Captivate, Rapid eLearning tools, Adobe eLearning suite etc.
