QA Analyst (Quality Assurance) Entry-level

Active8 Wireless, powered by Metro by T-Mobile, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join its Quality Assurance team at RJ Mall, Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site position offered on a one-year contract basis with a monthly stipend of PKR 35,000. The role involves monitoring quality, compliance, and loss prevention through CCTV surveillance, ensuring that branch operations adhere to company standards. Candidates must be responsible, alert, and capable of working independently across morning, afternoon, and night shifts, with mandatory night shift availability from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

- Quality & Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that staff and branch operations consistently follow company SOPs and quality standards.
- CCTV Surveillance: Continuously observe CCTV feeds to detect unusual activities, operational issues, security breaches, and policy violations.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and report irregularities to minimize operational losses and safeguard company assets.
- Branch & Exit Monitoring: Track inventory movement, employee activities, and branch exits using CCTV and other monitoring tools.
- Incident Reporting: Accurately document incidents and irregularities, providing timely and detailed reports to management.
- Operational Monitoring: Oversee daily activities and flag any deviations from established procedures.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage assigned responsibilities such as sales returns, discount reports, and customer call monitoring.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare clear and precise daily updates on quality and operational matters.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate level.
- A-Level students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic fluency and understanding of English.
- Strong observation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Responsible, disciplined, alert, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working in a CCTV surveillance and monitoring environment.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Willingness to learn Spanish; no prior knowledge required as training will be provided.
- Mandatory availability for night shifts from Monday to Saturday.
