We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) professional to support and enhance our quality management processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining QA documentation, managing change approval workflows, and working closely with various teams to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This position involves preparing technical documents, maintaining accurate records, analyzing QA data, and assisting in the development and revision of QA procedures to improve overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update QA documentation, records, and filing systems to ensure they meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and complete Change Approval Forms, including detailed technical information and modalities, and obtain necessary approvals from all relevant stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
- Maintain an up-to-date Change Approval Log within the system, ensuring all change requests and approvals are traceable and easily accessible.
- Compile, analyze, and report QA data to support informed decision-making, drive process improvements, and assist in management review activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of documents and change requests, and provide support to the QA team during audits.
- Assist in the development and revision of QA procedures, forms, and templates to maintain compliance with quality management system requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Intermediate level education or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) is required.
