- Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and API testing to validate software quality.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for critical workflows to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Document clear and actionable defects, collaborate closely with developers, and verify fixes.
- Communicate testing progress and highlight any release risks to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing or equivalent project experience.
- Hands-on experience testing web or mobile applications.
- Exposure to test automation with a strong willingness to rapidly build skills in this area.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and Git for querying databases and version control.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity about user behavior, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with JavaScript and automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Jest is a plus.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Exposure to performance, accessibility, or security testing is advantageous.

Compensation is competitive and set at or above the local market rate, based on skills, experience, and assessment results. Benefits may include paid time off, health coverage, training, and professional development opportunities, varying by location and employing entity.
