QA Engineer Intern

We are seeking a motivated QA Engineer Intern to join our team at EVISION Techno Services (PVT) Ltd., based in Islamabad. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in software quality assurance. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases and perform manual testing on both web and mobile applications.
- Accurately report bugs with detailed steps to reproduce issues.
- Re-test resolved bugs and assist with regression testing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with developers and team members to enhance overall product quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with basic software testing experience.
- Fundamental understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Basic knowledge of manual testing types including functional, regression, retesting, unit testing, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scenarios.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or Trello.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic skills in SQL and API testing using tools like Postman are a plus.
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ERP or accounting systems will be considered an additional asset.
