Robust Devs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with over two years of hands-on experience in testing web applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of QA methodologies and demonstrate excellent communication skills to accurately identify and document issues. This role requires close collaboration with developers and project managers to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing on web applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using standard bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and timely resolution of issues.
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and QA processes.
- Ensure all product releases meet established quality standards and align with user expectations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
