QA Executive (Freshers)

Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd., located in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking motivated and confident fresh candidates to join as QA Executives on an on-site basis. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 60,000. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in spoken English, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Comprehensive training will be provided to help new hires understand and implement quality assurance procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Assess communication skills, English fluency, and overall professionalism of call agents.
- Identify areas for improvement and deliver constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality guidelines throughout the evaluation process.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate records of evaluations.
- Collaborate with the team to support continuous improvement in call quality and overall performance.
