QA Executive ( Non Technical )

NSOL BPO is seeking a detail-oriented QA Specialist with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to join our quality assurance team. This full-time onsite position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating the work delivered by Virtual Assistants, ensuring that all technical and non-technical tasks meet the company’s quality standards before being delivered to clients. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, solid knowledge of GHL, and the ability to evaluate a wide range of deliverables including website builds, social media management, CRM setups, and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance checks on tasks completed by Virtual Assistants, including website creation, social media management, CRM administration, pipeline setup, and funnel creation.
- Review GoHighLevel accounts to verify correct configuration, workflow accuracy, and automation performance.
- Evaluate both technical deliverables such as CRM setups, funnels, automations, and integrations, as well as non-technical outputs like social media content, scheduling, and general VA tasks.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps prior to client delivery to maintain high-quality standards.
- Document QA findings clearly and provide constructive feedback to Virtual Assistants and team leads.
- Maintain and update QA checklists and standards for various task types to ensure consistency.
- Track recurring quality issues and report patterns to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leads to ensure timely resolution of flagged issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of all QA activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM, pipelines, funnels, and automations.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar evaluative role.
- Ability to assess both technical and non-technical deliverables effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable, and unambiguous feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple review cycles simultaneously.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
