QA Executive

We are looking for a Compliance Executive with a background in Quality Assurance within the BPO sector to join our team at Mars Silk Center in Islamabad. This role focuses on ensuring strict adherence to quality and compliance standards by monitoring, auditing, and reporting on various processes. The position requires working night shifts and offers a competitive salary that reflects experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor call quality to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Regularly track and analyze compliance metrics to identify trends.
- Conduct thorough audits to detect gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings and overall performance.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to uphold and enhance quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in BPO compliance or Quality Assurance is essential.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (6:45 PM to 4:45 AM).
- At least 1 year of experience specifically in QA within a BPO environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Rawalpindi Satellite Town location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with Medicare or healthcare industry practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
