QA INTERN

We are seeking motivated QA Interns to join our team at our DHA Phase 8, Lahore office for a 6-month onsite internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing within a dynamic environment. The internship schedule is from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (PKT), providing exposure to real-world projects and collaboration with experienced professionals. Interns will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform manual testing on both web and mobile applications to identify defects.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, structured, and comprehensive reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and product teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Validate fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure stability of applications.
- Support the QA team in enhancing testing processes and maintaining proper documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with test case design techniques such as Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning.
- Understanding of black-box and white-box testing methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of API testing fundamentals.

Technical Skills
- Experience or familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, including writing queries and joins for data validation.
- Exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
