QA Trainee (Quality Assurance)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Trainee to join our team and support documentation review, quality assurance, and coordination efforts. This role is designed to ensure compliance with established organizational standards and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Maintain quality-related records, documents, and trackers to ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to defined procedures and quality guidelines.
- Identify gaps in documentation and follow up on corrective actions to maintain compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports, checklists, and other relevant documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
