QAD ERP Developer

CloudPSO is looking for a skilled QAD ERP Developer to join their team onsite in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting the QAD ERP 2019 Enterprise Edition (EE) environment. This role requires strong technical expertise in QAD development, system integrations, and troubleshooting. The developer will work Monday to Friday during US Central Standard Time hours, ensuring seamless support and enhancements for the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the QAD ERP 2019 EE platform.
- Create and troubleshoot custom programs, reports, browses, and maintenance screens to meet business needs.
- Support integrations with external systems such as Ignition, AutoStore, Boomi, EDI, and custom web applications.
- Monitor support tickets, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain system reliability.
- Assist with ERP functionalities including label printing, shipment tracking, quality control, scanning, and returns management.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure system stability and enhance overall performance.
- Document all technical changes, solutions, and system improvements for future reference and compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in QAD ERP development, customization, and technical support.
- Hands-on expertise with QAD Enterprise Edition (EE), particularly the 2019 version.
- Strong knowledge of QAD custom programs, reports, browses, and maintenance screens.
- Experience with ERP system integrations and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work during US Central Time Zone business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience specifically with QAD 2019 EE.
- Familiarity with integration tools and platforms such as Ignition, AutoStore, Boomi, and EDI.
- Experience supporting ERP workflows related to label printing, shipment tracking, quality assurance, scanning, and Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
- Background in supporting enterprise ERP environments with multiple users and custom applications.
