- Responsible to attract the candidates for all the technical job opening through various recruitment channels & methods.
- Shortlist the CVs as per the demand from Employee Requisition Form.
- Update on various cost effective recruitment methods to collect CVs.
- Schedule the interviews by keeping in loop the Team Lead HR & OD and Call candidates for tests and Interviews
- Make sure that maximum candidates are present at the time of tests and interviews.
- Responsible to develop the soft CV database and maintain ATS.
