• Ensure regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, building or office wear and tear etc. 
  • Responsible to prepare monthly administration budget and discuss with Head Administration & HSE.
  • Ensure that without proper identification through NIC no outsider can enter the organization premises, and the record must be maintained, in the appropriate log of all visitors of organization by representatives of the security
  • Ensure that every employee has its own employee card at the time of entry in organization and no employee can be enter without his/her card or identity
  • Responsible for arrangements of office pool cars/vans for office staff for official visits within and outside the city (if required)
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of office pool cars/vans from company specified vendors within budget guidelines
  • Manage all transportation activities on behalf of company and also prepare routes and shift plans for drivers and transportation staff
  • Responsible to manage stocks of office stationary, mess items, Toiletries and ensure the controls to stop wastage of these commodities
  • Responsible for Housekeeping of offices by checking the cleanliness on daily basis and take actions where required
  • Make sure the proactive arrangements of sitting place, furniture and related items for new joiners in organization
  • Responsible for overall management of canteen including mess rules, meals schedules, hygiene conditions and food quality
  • Ensure that General Safety, Lighting, Temperature, Work Equipment, Electricity at work, Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), Fire Safety are managed properly by concerned staff
  • Present report of HSE Checking on monthly basis and share with  Head Administration & HSE  on HSE related matters
  • Responsible for the purchase of firefighting equipment and first aid material within budget guidelines  
  • Responsible to ensure on time completion and submission of staff attendance to accounts department in ERP for payroll processing
  • Responsible to deal with the government departments such as Electric department, Social Security, Labor Department, City Government, Compliance personnel or Police etc on various matters as and when required
