Looking for a Graphic Designer, who can create visual text and imagery. to design creative content for our online campaigns, print ads, websites, and even video. Especially, an experience of a real estate company in the social /promotional marketing department is responsible for planning and implementing marketing & communications goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials. this includes flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, and direct marketing material, which may create and implement.
  • Internet and intranet graphics and banners.
  • Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the Company’s brand image.
  • Create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns that drive our brand message and provide usable assets for our national and local social marketing efforts.
  • Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork to support Executive Management’s creative vision.
  • Adhere to brand standards while continually improving the design.
  • Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
  • Manage and document project timeline and approval process.

Hiring Criteria: Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience in a professional setting – real estate specialty is preferred.
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong data visualization design skills.
  • Deep understanding of typography and layout hierarchy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who will contribute ideas.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
  • High level of integrity, attention to deadlines and schedules
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
