We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for our civil construction projects located in Khairpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. This role involves a mix of office-based documentation and on-site inspections, with a strong focus on substructure and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and monitor substructure activities including excavation, foundations, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- Supervise finishing works such as masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and painting.
- Ensure all construction activities conform to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and QA/QC reports.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Review construction drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications for quality assurance purposes.
- Monitor material testing, including concrete and other relevant quality tests.
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation to support project audits and inspections.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between office and site teams to implement quality control procedures efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in QA/QC within civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of substructure and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and construction site environments.
