QA/QC Engineer – Civil | Building Construction

Takmeel Square (Pvt.) Ltd., located in DHA Bahawalpur, is seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join their team. The role focuses on ensuring that construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, inspection procedures, and quality standards. This position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 100,000 to 120,000 per month, which is negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and conducting thorough inspections of construction materials and workmanship. The role includes reviewing Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), verifying test results, and maintaining detailed quality records. The engineer must also identify non-conformities and ensure their closure through appropriate corrective action procedures. Strong attention to detail in reinforcement, formwork, concrete inspections, and applicable material testing is essential. The engineer will also handle QA/QC documentation in accordance with construction specifications.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of three years of direct QA/QC experience in building construction is mandatory, with an ideal experience range of three to five years. General site engineering experience without specific QA/QC inspection and documentation responsibilities will not meet the requirements for this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Experience working on substantial commercial or high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
