QA/QC Engineer

Avanceon Limited is looking for a highly motivated QA/QC Engineer to uphold quality standards across various project activities. This role encompasses comprehensive quality planning, inspections, testing, commissioning support, and documentation to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, client specifications, and relevant international standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality excellence throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all QA/QC activities including the preparation and execution of QA/QC Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material receiving inspections, and final project handover.
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and ITPs in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections at every stage, including material receipt, installation, pre-commissioning, and project completion.
- Witness and verify inspections, testing, commissioning, and functional checks to ensure compliance with approved standards and codes.
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation such as method statements, inspection records, material certifications, and handover dossiers.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance.
- Monitor QA/QC performance metrics regularly and implement corrective actions to improve quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience, particularly in electrical, instrumentation, and civil interface works.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and applicable international standards such as IEC or their equivalents.
- Proven experience in conducting inspections, testing, commissioning, and overall QA/QC management.
